 In November of 2017 our house was started by Chad of CK Holloway construction
Before the build Chad had given us a very detailed quote after having several meetings with him and going over exactly what we were looking for in our build. 

Our house started on time and moved through the buildings process efficiently our house finished in July of 2018 actually earlier then the agreed upon completion date. 

During the build Chad always kept us informed of what was to be expected next and went over with us on options we had to save money our improve our build.  Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful and was always there to answer any questions we had my wife and I are very thankful for having Chad build our home.

 Chad Holloway partnered with me to build my most recent home. This was my third experience building a home and it was absolutely the best. Chad knows his business, is both personable and professional and all of his suppliers were able to meet my needs in one, short visit. Chad helped me balance my budget with my desire for quality. He visited the site regularly, checking on his subs and kept me abreast in a timely manner. I recommend him wholeheartedly - I trust this man.

Chad was the general contractor for our home that we had built in 2019-2020. He is very knowledgeable with his work and easy to approach with questions or concerns. The pandemic did not affect his work ethics or his ability to communicate about changes and/or delays. We would definitely use Chad again if we were to do a new build or a home addition.
