Where We Started
Long View Custom Homes is owned and operated by its owners Chad and Renee Holloway. Chad has been in residential construction since 1996. Chad began working construction in the summers while in high school and college. After college Chad started working as a “Build On Your Own Lot” contractor from 2003 to 2021. During his time as a custom and semi-custom home builder, Chad worked his way from superintendent up to General Manager.

Working Together
After many years of learning and leading, Chad and his wife decided it was time to start their own residential business in 2022. The name of Long View ties back to the Holloway dairy farm that was owned and operated by Chad's grandfather. Chad's wife, Renee, grew up in a home where her father built custom homes for many years in the Lake Norman, NC area. Therefore, it was a natural transition for the Holloways to start their own residential construction business.
